RETURNS:

You can return any item purchased on annavictoriachicago.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Here is how:
1. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
2. Anything purchased with any form of personalization is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
3. Anything purchased at a discount price is FINALE SALE and is not eligible for return.
4. Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
5.The return label is paid by the buyer.
6. All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.
7.We are not offering exchange for a different size or item.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed this will ensure that you receive your return within 30 days window. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.

At the moment we are shipping only in USA. Shipping locations vary for each item, so please read the product description.

PREORDER

With preorder, select products can be purchased in advance and will be delivered to you at a later date when the product becomes available. Depending on the item, preorder may take between 1-4 weeks to arrive. When you preorder a product, you will be charged the full amount specified at checkout. If a preordered product becomes unavailable for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount.
